Reviewer has chosen this picture book to feature this Spring 2020 because:

a. the lively text and the impressive use of onomatopoeia i.e. PAH! PARP! BUUUUURP! 

b. the book's excellent presentation of colourful design and eye-catching text, and fabulous illustrative work.

Overview

This story is not particularly wordy, but the language helps to present a feisty, little Mouse whose identity is under scrutiny from other creatures. Mouse is somewhat outraged at the accusations...then a degree of self doubt creeps in.

Award-winning Ross Collins lives in Scotland. Collins has illustrated over 100 books, and also works on character development for world renowned animation studios.
